Educational Qualification:

Group @ ‘X’ (Except Education Instructor trade): All interested candidate need to passed 10+2 with mathematics, Physics, and English from an education Board listed as COBSE member with 50% marks in aggregate & 50% marks in English. or need to Three years Diploma in Engineering, apply online on  www.airmenselection.cdac.in . Interested candidate need to completed the course from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in English in diploma.

Group @ ‘Y’ ((Except Automobile Technician, Indian Air Force (Police), Indian Air Force (Security), Medical Assistant and Musician)) Trades: Interested candidate need to passed to Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Or candidate need to complete 2 years vocational course from education board with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% in english or Matriculation/Intermediate if English is not a subject.

Group Y  Medical Assistant Trade Only@: All interested candidate need to passed 12th/intermediate/equivalent examination with English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from an Educational Board listed as COBSE with 50% marks.

Mandatory Medical Standards:

(i) Acceptable height shall be 152.5 cms.

(ii) Range of expansion: 5 cm Chest

(iii) Minimum weight of 55 Kg.

(iv) Corneal Surgery (PRK/ LASIK) shall not be acceptable. 

(v) Candidate should have normal hearing.

(vi) Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and with minimum 14 dental points.

(vii) General Health: Candidate should be need of normal anatomy without loss of any appendages.

@PAY & ALLOWANCES AND PERQUISITES@

Salary & Allowances: During training, Rs. 14,600/- per month shall be paid.

(a) Group X Trades [Except Education Instructor Trade]. Rs.33,100/- P/m with D.A. (as applicable).

(b) @Group Y [Except Auto Tech, IAF (P), IAF(S) and Musician] Trades@: Rs. 26,900/- P/M with D.A. (as applicable).

@Other Allowances@: In addition with above various allowances will be be provide as like T.A., CPMA, LRA, HAA and others.
