Name of Post: ICU Technician
Total Vacancy: 68 Nos [UR-13 (Male-5, Female-8), OBC-23 (Male-15, Female-8), SC-8 (Male-6, Female-2), ST(P)-11 (Male-8, Female-3, ST(H)-4(Male-3, Female-1), EWS-9
Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Science) passed with diploma in ICU Technology course from Govt. recognized Institute.
Salary: Rs. 14000/- to Rs.60500/- with Grade pay of Rs. 6200/-
Reservation: Reservation of post for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC(MOBC)/ EWS (Economically Weaker Section)/ Women Candidates and Differently-abled (DIVYANG) candidates will be as per prevailing Government rules/norms.
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 38 years of age on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit in relaxable for 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H) candidates only as per prevailing Government norms.

1. 2 (two) copies of recent passport size colour photograph duly self attested.
2. Birth certificate/HSLC Admit card/HSLC board pass certificate of age proof.
3. All pass Certificate from Boards/ Universities from HSLC onwards.
4. Caste certificate (where applicable)
5. Permanent residentship certificate /Domicile certificate (if any)
6. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
8. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate wherever applicable.
